Different types of advanced tools to increase physical capacity and stay healthy
- This fitness centre is used for around 7 to 8 hours every day.
- The first batch of gym is opened early in the morning from 6-00 am. Time duration is 1 hour.
- Maximum 15 persons can exercise together in each batch.
- The body can be balanced with special types of exercise equipment for weight loss and weight gain inside our gym.
- To make the body fully fit and, different Exercises are practised on High Beat Music.
- Aerobic and other exercises are conducted by especially experienced fitness trainers.
- There is a special type of exercise system for women to lose waist and belly fat.
- Exercises done in these gyms are not just to tone the body but also benefit one’s health. Exercise, yoga, meditation, pranayama are very useful for mind in moral life as well.
- Increases stamina, willpower, self-confidence in a person.
- Within this gymnasium students and employees Of Shri M.D Mehta Education Trust are also receiving training.
- Around 3000 to 4000 students have benefited from this fitness centre.
- All the students who have completed the course within this gymnasium are awarded a certificate from the institute.
